A true muslim is never unthankful. He understands that every person who does good deeds and favours deserves thanks and recognition.
Islamic manner of thanking some one:
Rasulullah
said, "He who has gained benefit from another and says to him: `Jazak-Allah khairan (may Allah reward you well)' indeed has praised (him) satisfactorily.''[At-Tirmidhi]
