Stay connected with Allah

Let’s see what Allah (swt) says in Qur'an about establishing strong connections with HIM through Remembrance of Allah.

“Therefore remember Me, and I will remember you…” [Al-Qur’an 2: 152]

“O you who believe! Fear Allâh and keep your duty to Him. And let every person look to what he has sent forth for tomorrow, and fear Allah. Verily, Allah is All-Aware of what you do. And be not like those who forgot Allah (i.e. became disobedient to Allah) and He caused them to forget their ownselves, (let them to forget to do righteous deeds). Those are the Faasiqoon (rebellious, defiantly disobedient to Allah).” [Al-Qur’an 59:18-19]

“Also Apostle of Allah (PBUH) said: “Shall I not tell you the most in goodness of your deeds, the nicest to Your Owner, the highest in your ranks, better for you than spending gold and silver, and better for you than meeting your enemy whereupon you strike their necks and they strike your necks?” They said “Yes O’ Messenger of Allah.” He said: “Remembrance of Allah.” [Reported by At-Tirmithi, Al-Bukhari, Ibn Majah, and Al-Hakim]

Now let’s take a look on the situation of those whoe loosen their connections with Allah (swt) and their Hearts neglected Remembring HIM.

“[They are] dead, lifeless, and they know not when they will be raised up.” [Al-Qur’an 16: 21]

“Do you know of any that is similar to Him! [There is nothing like unto Him and He is the All-Hearer, the All-Seer].” [Al-Qur’an 19: 65]

So if some worldly matters driven you away from Remembrance of Allah, it is yet not much late as Allah (swt) always welcomes those who remember Him with FAITH and SINCERITY. To the degree that you remember Allah and stay connected with HIM, your heart will be calm and cheerful. His remembrance carries with it the meaning of total reliance upon Him, of turning to Him for aid, of having good Hopes from Him, and of waiting for victory from Him. Truly, He is near when supplicated: He hears when He is called and He answers when He is invoked, so humble yourself before Him and ask Him sincerely. Repeat His wonderful  blessed name, and mention Him as being alone worthy of worship. Mention His praises, supplicate to Him, and ask forgiveness from Him and never let Shaitan engage you deeply in Worldly things and break your Connection With Allah (swt).
