"Recommend Patience, Recommend compassion"

وَتَوَاصَوۡاْ بِٱلصَّبۡرِ وَتَوَاصَوۡاْ بِٱلۡمَرۡحَمَةِ. أُوْلَـٰٓٮِٕكَ أَصۡحَـٰبُ ٱلۡمَيۡمَنَةِ
"And recommended one another to perseverance and patience, and (also) recommended one another to mercy and compassion. They are those on the Right Hand (i.e. the dwellers of Paradise). "

(Qur'an 90:17)

Commentary: We must advise each other to be patient with the harms of people. The Prophet s.a.w. said "Whoever is patient Allaah will bestow patience upon him, and no one is ever given anything better and more generous than patience.” (Bukhari)

Also, we must recommend each other to be merciful with the people. This is similar to what has been related in the noble Hadith, "Those who have mercy will receive the mercy of the Most Merciful. Have mercy on those who are on earth, the One in heavens will have mercy on you." (Tirmidhi)
